High Alumina Brick for Hot Blast Stove

The hot blast stove with high alumina brick is the refractory product which can be used in masonry blast furnace, it is made by the high alumina bauxite clinker and some clay, the content of Al2O3 is greater than 48%. With the development of modern smelting technology, hot blast furnace is widely used in high temperature technology, but requires a longer service life of hot blast stove. Therefore the higher requirements for refractory materials with comprehensive properties are raised. The damage of the refractory materials for hot blast stove usually is caused by mechanical and chemical erosion and mechanical load by the thermal stress. It is generally believed that the poor high temperature creep is an important cause of hot blast furnace damage, resulting in collapse, deformation and crack of lining materials, thus aroused widespread concern with low creep brick for hot blast stove. Recently, according to the requirements of the market, we developed a series of hot blast stove with low creep high alumina brick, in order to meet the needs of iron and steel enterprises.
