Accounting and Tax Return of HK Company Accounting The tax rate of tax payable is 16.5 % of the turnover of the HK company. After finishing the filings of accounting issues of it, you will receive the notice of tax bill. Then you can follow the instructions of the tax bill to make the payment via the Internet. 1)Audit Report Counting from the date of anniversary of your HK company for 18 months for the first time, the company is required to make the audit reports for the HK Inland Revenue Department after we get the profit tax return.
