Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate content: 10.45%-11.88% Indications: The antibacterial mechanism of Bacitracin is mainly to inhibit the mucopeptide synthesis by blocking the phosphorylase-catalyzed reaction nonspecifically. Bacitracin has good bactericidal activity against most gram- positive bac teria, including Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Clostridium, Corynebacterium, etc. Moreever, it is also effective against Actinomyces and Spirochaeta.
