TYM1 Automatic die-cutting

Main use TYM1 automatic foil stamping and die-cutting machine is mainly used for the die-cutting, creasing, foil stamping, cold and hot embossing of cigarette box, drug box, wine box and label in the packing and decorating industries. This kind of machine is incorporated with fully automatic feeding, die-cutting, stamping, delivering foil, delivering sheet, up-press, down-press, leap step, counting, heating, pre-heating, obstacle indicating, checking and measuring. It has the features of easy operating, reliability, high speed, press and precision. Features: 1. Thin sheet more the 80gsm, can perform embossing and stamping at the same time. 2. Adopt imported servo-motor, which effectively controls foil operating and high foil stamping precision. Auto pressure-adjusting system effectively prevents foil from idle stamping. 3. Adopting PLC to control die-cutting processing and using touch-screen industrial computer to cntrol the whole foil stamping processing. 4. The heating zones have their separate temperature setting and are in constant temperature. 5. Simple stamping design data-input by touch screen, realizes optimizing programming with less foil. 6. All the electrical are the products that have got CE certificate, every safeguard coincides with CE standard, safe and reliable.
