1. The position adjustment of each printing unit is controlled by digital electric devices. 2. All the driving rollers are made by high quality steel ? chromed and grinded. 3. Driving gears adopt 45 Cr high grade alloy steel, grinded and heat treated with Rockwell hardness≥50 degree。 4. All units can be motorized for separation and pneumatically locked separately or altogether. Alarming bells will be on when unit is moving to warn the staff or operators. 5. Emergency buttons are installed at the front, middle and rear part of the machine. 6. The light will indicate the machine running status by different colours showing separately for electricity on, ready, normal running and malfunction. 7. There are emergency stop buttons at each unit to stop the moving of the unit in order to ensure the safety of the operator. 8. All electric parts adopts Chinese known brand.
