Main Characteristics of Nylon Hot Melt Adhesive Film 1. Not Sensitive to Temperature: Its raw material is the nylon single-body crystalline compound, not mixture, with soften point about 100 °C, melting point about 115 °C.In addition to being used commonly,it is more suitable to be used in the transportation in the variational weather.It won't be soften or fell at high temperature(below 90°C). In addition,it can resistant cold weather, not becoming fragile and being stable to adhere. 2. Melting Point is Moderate: The melting point is about 115 °C, so it is suitable to use in operation at common temperature.But you'd better choose the cloth as whole cotton or mixed cloth which are suitable to heat and press at moderate temperature (100°C-180°C), while not suitable to other cloth which can not stand mo-derate temperature such as PVC,PU,nylon,chemical fur and so on. So pay attention if its material does not stand medium heating. 3. Good to Adhere: Nylon hot melt adhesive film,used with cotton,mixed cloth and other cloth made in hot-resistant materials, is good to adhere.In the test of the strength to adhere cloth with IKG pull-machine,it reaches the international standard of cloth of width in 1CM if the pull-resist strength is more than 3KG when any pattern adhere to cloth.If the cloth and temperature are suitable, the adhere strength of our nylon hot melt adhesive film are all more than 6KG. And other adhesive films made in such as EVA, POLYESTER, PU and so on can't be compared with Nylon hot melt adhesive film,except using with some special materials, for example to adhere to elec-embroidered patterns. 4.
